The Signature Clinic takes a detailed approach to Ulthera Prime treatments. Before starting any session, clients undergo a 3D skin analysis (around ฿3,000) to assess their skin and customize the treatment plan—helping to provide more precise, natural-looking results.

They use the latest Ulthera Prime platform, which is known for its ability to lift and tighten skin non-invasively, especially around the face, jawline, and neck.

Here’s a cool thing about them (literally): they use Zimmer Cryo 7 cooling technology during treatments. Since traditional Ultherapy can be a bit uncomfortable, this cooling system helps make the procedure much more tolerable without affecting results—great news if you’re sensitive to pain.

Just a heads-up though: if you specifically request Dr. Phuriwat (the medical director of the clinic) for your treatment, you’ll be charged with an extra ฿2,000 fee, which is something to keep in mind when budgeting.

On the bright side, the clinic offers competitive pricing, and they even have cash back incentives, making their services even more appealing.

Their Ultherapy treatment is non-surgical and works by targeting deep layers of the skin without causing damage. Since there’s no downtime, clients can return to their usual activities immediately—a huge advantage for those with hectic schedules.

But what really stands out is their level of care. From the first consultation to post-treatment follow-ups, they make every client feel valued and well taken care of. A client even mentioned that the team went out their way to arrange a taxi after treatment—talk about dedication.

However, the cost of a full Ultherapy session—approximately ฿89,000 for 700 lines—did make our eyes pop open a bit. It’s a good deal given the quality, but certainly something to plan for.

Nonetheless, Metro Beauty Centers has built a strong reputation over time, and their track record speaks for itself when it comes to expertise and consistency.
