What we like most about BKK Moving Services is how they handle almost everything, from packing to unloading. Their number of satisfied clients is a telltale sign of their efficiency and reliability.

They can also disassemble and assemble furniture. This is a lifesaver, especially if you live in a high-rise or simply don’t have the energy and time to do it yourself. 

Kudos to them for their punctuality as well. Clients we spoke with were stunned at how fast everything was packed, secured, moved, and unpacked—someone even said theirs was done within three hours.

Their customer service is another highlight. We noted how they respond quickly to queries and provide price quotes within minutes, which is quite a great start for first impressions. 

It’s a bit of a bummer that they don’t focus on international moving services; if you were planning something overseas, then you’ll have to look elsewhere. But hey, BKK Moving is a top contender for stress-free domestic moving.

United Relocations provides domestic and international moving services. This makes them a good pick if you’re relocating to or from Bangkok—many overseas clients have successfully made big moves or relocations.

From our surveys, they’re highly communicative; think: regular reports, updates, and follow-ups. A client who relocated from Singapore to Bangkok with her family shared how impressed she was with the team’s proactiveness in dealing with the stressful parts of the move.

As for your valuable furniture, besides disassembly and assembly, they also have a knack for packing and unpacking them with finesse. You won’t have to worry about finding scuffs or damage.

The only hitch? You might have to wait a bit (or within 3 days) before receiving a moving proposal after you send in a request, which is not as quick as the others on this list.

On the bright side, their short- and long-term storage options are incredibly useful if you need extra time before settling in.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, ARKAY Relocation & Logistics has handled thousands of customers and has tailored solutions to meet specific customer requirements. This means they’re knowledgeable and skilled with all sorts of moving complexities.

That said, we love how they’re efficient with moving furniture, be it internationally or domestically. To give you an idea, they’re used to handling any capacity—from a few boxes to a 5-bedroom family home.

One of their best perks is free 30-day storage on all international relocations. This is a thoughtful touch, especially if you’re in a pinch and your new home or place isn’t ready yet.

We’re also glad that their workers are mindful and evidently skilled. Many overseas clients who needed to move expensive furniture were happy to know that it arrived safely and without a hitch.

Just a heads-up, though: their insurance terms are not explicit, so you’ll probably have to contact them directly to check or see if they have any partners. Nonetheless, ARKAY Relocation & Logistics’ excellent handling and free storage are worth considering.

SIAM Relocations has been in the game for over 11 years and has successfully over 8,350 clients. This includes clients from all around the world—across Asia, Europe, Canada, and the U.S.

They’re a contact you’d want on speed dial for overseas moving since SIAM Relocations handles customs clearance, documentation, and permits for you. You still have to do a bit of paperwork yourself, but they take care of most of the difficult and stressful ones. 

It’s also worth mentioning that they’re experienced at properly handling furniture from disassembly to assembly—even going as far as using additional padded covers to protect your furniture.

Speaking of protection—they offer insurance coverage. If there’s a problem or dispute, you’ll be fully refunded based on the value stated on the packing list.

But keep in mind that they’re closed on weekends, and their rates aren’t readily available online, which might sound like a hassle if you’re only browsing. Still, given Siam Relocation’s good track record, booking a consultation with them is worthwhile.

One of Allied Moving Services Thailand’s standout features is its specially designed facilities. If you want that peace of mind, their facilities are purposely built to be safe and secure and make sure your furniture and valuables are well-protected during every step of the process.

Plus, it’s neat that they have advanced tracking systems to keep you updated and allow you to monitor the status of your request.

Their insurance options are also a selling point. You can get their Valued Inventory insurance, where you provide a list of your items and their value (ideal for smaller shipments). While their Lump Sum insurance is best for larger shipments since it uses a fixed valuation on volume.

The only catch? You might have to book them at least a month before your desired date to avoid any issues since they fill up fast and won’t be able to accommodate you. 

Regardless, Allied Moving Services Thailand is a solid choice, especially if security and organization are your top priorities.
